About the Presenters:
Samantha Gallegos serves as Coordinator of School Support and Leadership Development at Education Service Center, Region 20. Samantha is celebrating her 25thyear in education and has had the honor in serving in multiple roles both at the campus and district level. She has been a Campus Administrator, District Coordinator, Curriculum Director and the amazing honor of being a classroom teacher. Samantha believes that teaching is truly the profession that creates all other professions.
Ben Goodro is a Senior Strategic Partner Advisor for Texas at School Improvement Network. Ben has spent the past 3 years supporting over 500 schools in Texas with the implementation of online Professional Development. Ben comes from Higher Ed where he worked with the enrollment and on-boarding of students into college. It was here that Ben learned the importance and the value in preparing our K-12 students for college, career and life. Ben is passionate about supporting teachers because of the powerful influence and impact they have on our children’s futures.
